Maliek Collins Injury

However, Collins career in the NFL seems to have started on a rough note after he suffered a broken foot in June during Organized Team Activities. Mark Collins’ injury is an early season blow for us Since we are planing to keep him at sideline for the next 10 to 12 weeks. His injury required the surgeons to stabilize his broken foot using screws and bone grafts. However, we hope he will recover in time for the new season that kicks off on September 8, 2016.

Maliek Collins Highlights

Maliek Collins is a former Nebraska Defensive Tackle. He famously decided to forego his senior season with the Huskers in 2015. However, his career in Nebraska has been magnificent. The following are some of Maliek Collins highlights for the three years he played for Nebraska. During the 2014 season, Collins registered 4.5 sacks and 45 tackles. In the 2015 season, he registered 2.5 sacks and 29 tackles. At only 21, we hope Collins will provide Dallas Cowboys with more options at the defensive line. We congratulate him as he prepares for the upcoming season in 2016.

Founding History of Cowboys Home Stadium

It is the Stadium that replaces the open air Texas Stadium. The stadium ranked under the largest domed stadiums. It is having largest column free interior in the whole world. It can be said that the Dallas cowboys have recorded a legendary history with the opening of AT&T Stadium in 2009.

Dallas Cowboys have played for 30 years and more at the Texas Stadium in football. But later on, they decided to play in new football stadium for the purpose of increase in revenue. At the same time, the founder of the Stadium, Jerry Jones, also started looking for the possibility of expansion and substitution of Texas Stadium. Thus, Jones started exploring the new sites for the construction of new stadium. It took approximately a decade for them to find a suitable place for stadium and finally they approved the site location near Globe Life Park known as home of Texas Rangers.

Now another dilemma the team of construction faced was for the finance of $1.15 billion. But this issue was also resolved when the voters of Arlington approved the $325 (Wiki)million bond in November, 2004 that raised the sales tax by half percent, car rental tax by 5 percent and hotel occupancy tax by 2 percent. NFL has also made their contribution of $150 million. The Cowboys paid the remaining amount. For building the NFL stadium distinctly, the team of officials traveled over the countries and observed many stadiums designed and developed greatly. The team had a motive to construct most recognizable stadium among all other stadiums.

Super Bowls at : AT&T Stadium

The Dallas Cowboys hosted the championship game-Super Bowl XLV in AT &T Stadium, when Green Bay packers defeated Pittsburgh Steelers in 2011. Troy Aikman-Super Bowl XXVII is the second quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys in which they have defeated the Buffalo Bills and recorded their victory against them.

Dallas Cowboys have no good experience in their Home Stadium. Even recently, they have lost 4 regular matches and won’t be able to gain much advantage in their home field. In fact, Dallas Cowboys have recorded their continuous victory in the first 6 years outside the home country.
